One-Time Purchases: For one-time purchases, cancellation is possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Getting a receipt for your purchase on GTMPlace is easy. Here’s how you can obtain one:
Email Confirmation: After completing a purchase, a receipt will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your GTMPlace account. This email will contain details of your order, including the items purchased, the total amount paid, and payment method.
Account Dashboard: You can also view and download your receipts by logging into your GTMPlace account. Navigate to the “Order History” or “Purchases” section. Here, you’ll find a list of your recent transactions. Click on the specific order for which you need a receipt, and you will have the option to download or print the receipt.
Requesting a Receipt: If you didn’t receive an email receipt or need another copy, please contact our customer support team. Provide your order number or account details, and we’ll be happy to send you a copy of your receipt.
